Tuition Options (EARLY BIRD PRICES END MAY 1, 2018) (Please choose your option in the drop down below.): 1) Full Time On Campus includes room, board and meals, 2) Commuter includes lunch and dinner, 3) PM track workshops only (Thursday – Saturday) includes dinner 4) Thursday Only includes lunch and dinner, 5) Friday Only includes lunch and dinner, 6) Saturday Only includes lunch and banquet, 7) Writer’s Colony (limited to 5 seats)
PLEASE NOTE: For the writers colony option, a writer may use the class and workshop times at St. Davids to work on an important manuscript or a current project under deadline. With this option, you may attend plenary sessions in the evenings, plus all meals, but will not be allowed to attend any workshops or classes during the day. Instead, use those slots to do the writing work you need to finish. This option is for serious writers who need the time to work but who would still like to join everyone else for daily group gatherings that are not classes. Space limited to 5 conferees.
** Housing is located in campus apartments. Each person will be provided their own private room inside a shared apartment with up to 3 other suitemates. (Married couples are required to register individually and each pays the Full Time On Campus rate. Married couples will be given first priority to our limited quantity of studio apartments available.)

Critiques are available during the week with Eva Marie Everson (fiction) and Jim Watkins (non-fiction) at $30 per critique. (Please see description of this paid feature on our Costs and Registrations page.)
Cancellation Policy: Because of financial arrangements with Grove City College, no refunds will be given for cancellations made after June 2, 2018. For cancellations made by June 1, 2018 your registration fee will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee.
