Full time on campus incl. room and board (Wednesday dinner through Sunday breakfast)

Register before April 1 (11:59 p.m. EDT) and receive a $25 discount in pricing as well as the conference recordings AT NO ADDITIONAL COST! (This option provides full-time on campus housing and meals with your conference fee. Conference fee must be paid in full to receive conference recordings. Recordings provided after conference.)
After April 1 – $650
Commuter (stays off campus)

WRITER’S COLONY includes room and board (limited to 5 registrants)
One price: $350
Please note: Writer’s Colony option: A writer may use the class and workshop times at St. Davids to work on an important manuscript or a current project under deadline. With this option, you may attend plenary sessions in the evenings, plus all meals, but will not be allowed to attend any workshops or classes during the day. Instead, use those slots to do the writing work you need to finish. This option is for serious writers who need the time to work but who would still like to join everyone else for daily group gatherings that are not classes. Space limited to 5 conferees.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Registrants who are unable to attend and cancel before June 6, 2025 11:59 p.m. EDT may be eligible for a partial refund. Registrants who cancel on or after June 7, 2025 will not receive a refund due to financial arrangements with Allegheny College. Any registrant using a credit card to pay and then cancelling will be required to pay a $25 processing fee.
